This Victorian Stick Style home on Liberty Street was built in 1896 for John P. and Harriet Bess Hoffman Frazier. Mr. Frazier was co-owner of the Frazier and Smith hardware store. By 1902, Edward E. and Catherine Morrison Rial resided in this beautiful home. Prior to 1914 John L. and Amanda Vincent Farrell Nesbit resided here and made this their family home until the late 1940s. Mr. Nesbit was a prominent lawyer in Franklin.
