Taken around 1895/6 in front of the McKean property near Emlenton, Venango County. At the time they had a large farm and worshipped at the Old Log Cabin Church where he and his wife are buried. All 15 family members are identified.

Decendants of William and Ester Richardson Billig:The three younger men in this picture, William,Robert and Carlton Powell are the sons of Glenn and Dora Lopeno Powell.Dora's mother is Flora Billig Lopeno, the daughter of James Billig. James is a son of William and Ester Richardson Billig, early settlers of Plum Township. Their story is on the Who's Who of the Plum Township page on this site.
